You are invited to attend the inaugural gathering of the Steveston Artist Society

A couple weeks ago the Steveston Artist Society launched their membership drive at the Steveston Farmers and Artisans Market. SAS's vision is to promote and support emerging artists in Steveston Village. As a member, you would be part of a grassroots movement whose sole purpose is to create community and support emerging artists in the village of Steveston.

Spearheaded by Carmen Keitsch and Erika Koenig-Workman, The Society boasts a growing membership with members such as Raymond Chow, as well as myself, now an official patron of the arts. Jokes aside, the Steveston Artist Society welcomes Steveston artists and others, as well as supporters to join in Steveston's growing artist community.

You are invited to attend the inaugural gathering of the Steveston Artist Society on Saturday, July 4, 2009 10:30 am at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery. Please RSVP to Erika at erikakw@shaw.ca. Looking forward to seeing you.
