Where Can I Get These Commemorative Bricks?

While walking with my son—who lives in Steveston—we noticed that at Steveston Park that there were several bricks placed on the grounds that have peoples' names on them. My question is, is this available to the public—to have one put in the park—and if so, would you kindly forward the details to me.
