Where Can I Get These Commemorative Bricks?

While walking with my son—who lives in Steveston—we noticed that at Steveston Park that there were several bricks placed on the grounds that have peoples' names on them. My question is, is this available to the public—to have one put in the park—and if so, would you kindly forward the details to me?

Reply: Thanks for asking, Barbara. It's called Buy a Brick Campaign, to help the Steveston Community Centre raise funds for the kids park, aka, Steveston Park. I've been meaning to put this on the site, so I called the SCC to ask about the program for you and they offered to send me the brochure pdf for the website. So, when I receive it, I will send a copy to you, ok, which you can then print, fill in and post to the SCC with your payment.
