When's a Good Time to Visit Steveston?

Hello, I am planning on visiting Steveston this weekend and was wondering if everything was still open. I have never been to Steveston before and plan on taking some out-of-town guests with me. I tried to look into the coupons, but had no luck finding them. If you could let me know when it's a good time to come out and were I could find any coupon deals. Thanks, Tom

Reply: Thanks for asking, Tom. Most of Steveston is open for business at this time of year, just not as busy as earlier in the year. Weekends are always good. The Gulf of Georgia Cannery NHSC is closed for the season. The fishers should be in to sell fresh seafood at Fisherman's Wharf (Friday, Saturday and Sunday would be your best bet for off-boat fish sales). London Heritage Farm—good place for high tea and peaceful sightseeing—is open on weekends. As for most restaurants and other commercial ventures, it's business as usual. Do keep in mind that some shops close on Mondays. As for our iSaver coupons, if available, sorry for the inconvience.
