the letter Westwater Views, a 3-building condominium complex at the south end of Railway Avenue, with only 78 units... Albeit, 78 large units. Being just north of the Britannia condo complex, and Britannia Heritage

Shipyard Park, Westwater Views is just a few steps north of the South Arm of the Fraser River, and a 15-minute walk along Imperial Landing Trail to the village of Steveston. A great location, right in the middle of the Steveston area's main north-south roads, #2 and #1 Roads.

Westwater Views consists of 3, 3-story structures of contemporary design, rendered in stucco, and currently sporting a caramel yellow color. The units are approximately 1000~1650 sq. ft., with some of the larger units featuring vaulted ceilings and lofts.

Located between the quiet end of Railway Avenue and the Tomekichi Homma Elementary School playground, it's generally pretty quiet here. Of course, being so near the water, the seagulls make up for the lack of introduced noise most mornings. The Britannia Heritage Shipyard Park is a short walk down the lane, as is the east end of Imperial Landing Trail, which follows the north bank of the river into Steveston Village.

So, whether you're heading into the village to shop, or for some R & R while people watching, or off to London Heritage Farm for a spot of tea, Westwater Views is close to it all. Haven't even talked about the Richmond Dyke Trails, both east and west of here, the main road—Railway Avenue—into downtown Richmond, which also includes a bike lane, or the bus stop just up the street on Moncton, but you get my drift.

Westwater Views is a great place to live, I know, 'cause I live here, so if you're thinking of joining us, please do at 12871/73/75 Railway Avenue.
