ite vistor, Frank Dawson, an ex news photographer at Richmond Review and the Lionsgate Times, who has lived in Richmond most of his life, told me he'd like to share his recent Steveston holiday season photos with fellow site visitors, so here they are, thanks Frank.
These photos were taken during the recent Spectacle of Lights and Steveston Village Open House events, which took place on December 8th and 9th, 2006.
