Warning to regular shoppers and tourists - beware the store policies. Shopped there for years - sent dozens of people to her and spent a lot of money. Last month I bought something that fell apart and actually believed as a good customer it would be refunded or exchanged. How wrong was I? The reality was I was pretty much called a liar and accused of having done it myself. I would have had to have been in a fight with a pack of wild dogs. So the reality is as long as you shop there you are great customer, but never have a problem or you will soon find out what Margaret thinks of you.
