Review: Le Nakamura Japanese Dining
I don't want this place to be too popular, because we eat there so often. By far, this is the best japanese restaurant you can dine in outside of Japan. (I was born and grew up there, trust me) I took my relatives from Tokyo and they loved it, they went there 4 times during their 2-week stay. Their sashimi is fresh and well presented. attention to all details including sushi rice (temp, texture, vinegar ratio, etc.) Chirashi has more fish than rice! Santenmori has solid Kaiseki background. The kitchen does French/Japanese flares, such as seafood crocquet to die for. Their service is great, however, Japanese staff have more knowledge and better service than non-Japanese staff. Excellent value for the dollar!
