Papi's Ristorante Italiano presents its 2009 Cooking Series

Steveston's Papi's Ristorante Italiano presents its 2009 Cooking Series, beginning Saturday, Feb. 7 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. This is your opportunity to learn the culinary secrets from Ken Iaci, executive chef and owner of Papi's.

Chef Iaci will teach participants five different recipes each week and his partner, Steve Ward, will choose five different wines to pair with each dish. Each class is $75 and there's a maximum of 10 participants per week. The series runs for 10 weeks, excluding Valentine's Day, Feb. 14. To register, call Papi's at 604-275-8355.
