Papi's Pasta Palooza Returns
by Dave Davis
On a fun note, Papi's will begin their "Italian Dim Sum" lunch menu beginning Tuesday, June 8th. A tasting/sharing concept for you and your friends to enjoy. The menu will feature a small tasting plate menu of Italian Antipasto/Spuntino. Perfect for a light, inexpensive lunch on warm sunny days. The cost of the plates will start at $4. Chef Ken's cooking classes are back by popular demand. The price will remain the same at $75 for a class of 7-8 recipes with paired wines for each course. They have started to take reservations for their next set of cooking classes. They do fill up fast, so do reserve now. They will be taking a credit card deposit for each class, as the last block of classes had some last minute cancellations which interfered with their being able to accommodate their lengthy waiting list. Reservations canceled 72 hours or less will be charged $25. These classes are very informal social gatherings. Chef Ken shows us how to create tasty plates with ease.
