Locals Howard and Ann Metcalfe report from the Himalayas

OCTOBER 27, 2008--Hello everyone, We are currently in Dingbouche, 14,000 ft. and 2 days from Everest base camp. Scenery is incredible, weather sunny, but very cold. We need better sleeping bags.

We are both doing ok health wise. Both of us have a little cold but, our energy is good.
