Is It Really 2 km Around Garry Point Park?

Is it really 2 km around Garry Point Park? I run the trail 3 times in 1/2 an hour in the mornings and it seems shorter to me... maybe I'm just getting faster!! Anywho, is it just the gravel trail or does it include the outer dirt trail?"
