Any plans for a good quality produce store in Steveston?

Thank you for your very interesting website... smile. My fiance and I just purchased a house in the village and are very excited about the move. One thing I have noticed, is there are not alot of practical food stores, eg: produce stores... it seems like grocery shopping in the area is limited to the Super Grocer. Is there anything in the works to encourage a good quality produce store to establish in our community? With thanks, Lisa

Thanks, Lisa. I think there's something in the works along the Imperial Boardwalk, but Onni--the developers--have yet to come up with a plan that satisfies the city planning people.
