1982: The restored London Heritage Farm opened to the public

In 1982, London Heritage Farm, restored by the Richmond Historical and Museum Society, opened to the public. The farm overlooks the south arm of the Fraser River. "A lovely 1890s farmhouse was built on the site by the London family and has been completely restored and fully furnished for that period. Around the house are fragrant herb and flower gardens. Other attractions on the site include the restored Spragg family barn and a hand tool museum."Excerpt from The History of Metropolitan Vancouver by Chuck Davis.
